Q.  Does God answer prayer all the time?

A.  That is an age old question.  If we perceive that God isn't answering our prayers, should we give up?  Absolutely not.  God's Word tells us to pray without ceasing ( 1 Thes 5:17 ).  Pray continuously, in faith and do not give up on God's will for your life.  God doesn't always answer our prayers the way we would like for Him to.  Sometimes the answer is "no."  That doesn't mean we should not be persistent in asking God, as long as we ask in alignment with His will for our lives.  Luke 18:1 says we are to always pray and not faint.  That means we need to pray with persistence and not give up.  Our faith should be what sustains us.  Our faith gives us hope.
